Partnership brings Saklakov’s research and thought leadership on AGI governance, safety architecture and next-generation AI systems into Bowmo’s content and product strategy.

NEW YORK, N.Y., July 21, 2026 — Bowmo Inc. (OTC: BOMO) (“Bowmo”) today announced a new AI content partnership with Denis “Dan” Saklakov, a recently appointed member of Bowmo’s board of advisors. The partnership brings Saklakov’s ongoing research and thought leadership on artificial intelligence (AI) into Bowmo’s content strategy and product-visioning conversations.

Saklakov is the creator of The Ronin’s Dialogues, a New York City-based Spotify podcast exploring the architecture of advanced AI systems, the governance frameworks needed to keep AI accountable, and the broader questions of consciousness, causality and human flourishing that arise as those systems grow more capable. Recent episodes have examined topics ranging from external-authority frameworks for AI oversight, to causal compression theory, to the case for keeping human decision-makers structurally in the loop as AI systems take on more responsibility.

Bringing outside perspective into Bowmo’s product conversations

Bowmo, a SaaS platform, recently formed its board of advisors to bring outside perspectives into its product vision. This new content partnership extends that relationship: rather than limiting Saklakov’s involvement to periodic advisory sessions, Bowmo will draw on his published research and podcast content as an ongoing input into how the company thinks about AI capability, safety and product design.

The partnership will surface Saklakov’s commentary through Bowmo’s own content channels, with the option to expand into joint discussions, product-facing content or shared thought leadership.

“Dan’s unorthodox views on the future of AI, AGI and ASI — especially when it comes to human flourishing and basic safety — are especially important in an era when AI is taking an increasingly dominant role in our world,” said Michael E. Lakshin, Co-CEO and President of at Bowmo.
