bowmo™, Inc. Hires New Auditing Firm
bowmo™ hired a new auditor to replace BF Borgers, which has been charged by the SEC with massive fraud affecting more than 1,500 SEC filings for 180 other public companies listed on NASDAQ and OTC markets (for more information on BF Borgers, please click here). bowmo™, Inc. secured Lagos-based auditing firm Olayinka & Oyebola, which was also selected by other OTC companies affected by BF Borgers for two key reasons: cost and efficiency.

bowmo™, Inc. & OWNverse, LLC Sign Merger Agreement
bowmo™ and OWNverse have announced today that they have executed the Merger Agreement of the two companies, the initial progress of the merger talks having been announced in press releases on September 11th, 2023 and December 1st, 2023. The Company believes there are no impediments to the closing of the merger with OWNverse, which is expected to occur in the near future.

Sovereignty in Technology – A Critical Insight
In our journey to innovate and provide a sneak peak to an AI and XR solution for the investor deck, our team initially employed an off-the-shelf AI technology. This decision was driven by our desire to speed up the process of showcasing our concept, which would otherwise not have been possible to achieve within a short time frame. Our recent experiences have illuminated some critical insights.
While this readily available technology offered a springboard, it came with its limitations, especially in its AI algorithm. Our team observed hallucinations in the results generated by our AI assistant, leading to inconsistencies in user interactions. This outcome underlines a fundamental truth in the realm of technological development: the importance of proprietary technology.
Proprietary technology is not just about exclusivity or competitive edge; it’s about sovereignty in technology. Sovereignty, in this context, refers to the complete control and customization of technology to align with specific goals, values, and quality standards of an organization. This control is extremely important, particularly in sensitive fields like AI and XR.
In our earlier articles we outlined our stance on using third-party solutions instead of building proprietary solutions. And even though it takes significantly more time and effort, we are convinced that it is the right way. It is how we ensure that our platform will be efficient and reliable but also aligned with our vision and the specific needs of our users. It allows us to refine the algorithms, enhance user experience, and maintain a high standard of quality. Our focus is on developing bespoke solutions as this approach is the only one that is consistent with our goals.
The experience has vividly illustrated the imperative of technological sovereignty.
